Carriers and TPAs deserve accurate contents reports, prepared in a timely manner, at a fair price. That is exactly what Commercial-Ease delivers.
You determine how the report is structured and what information it should contain on any given claim. Our Final Report(s) can be customized with respect to the following variables:
- By Building ( If several sites are affected)
- By Room ( Example: reception area, individual offices, conference room, break room,storage facility, etc)
- Actual Cash Value (ACV)
- Replacement Value (RCV)
- Depreciation (globally or by individual item)
- Taxable vs. Nontaxable items
Commercial-Ease Reports include all quote information and a catalog link allowing the Carrier/TPA and the insured party to confirm the suggested replacement item. This improves transparency and trust, leading to expedited settlements.
The insured party can order replacement items directly from our Final Report. The items are then delivered by the Industry Vendors free of charge. There is no guessing at the actual price. The replacement items are available to be purchased by the insured for the cost actually set forth in the Reports for a specified period of time.
